To support practice planning for the summer holiday period, a ‘Summer resilience and holiday planning playbook’ for the Northern Region has been developed and is now available. It provides practical actions and guidance for planning.

Please also update the Primary Care Resilience Tool with your clinic's closure periods and ensure key stakeholders are aware of your holiday hours and where you will be directing patients when closed.
