The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring that systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage key areas including finance, compliance, facilities, communications, and overall practice coordination. In this role, you will support staff through effective planning, guidance, and development, helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment. You will contribute to the strategic direction set by the board, uphold quality standards, and ensure a safe, well-organised experience for both staff and patients. Additionally, you will provide steady and effective leadership across the practice, working closely with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.

This role is part-time 20 hours a week, based on site in Rotherham. 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy environment. You will have a solid understanding of business processes, financial oversight, HR practices and compliance requirements, along with the ability to support and guide staff effectively. Your well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills will enable you to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. In addition, you will have strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills that support positive working relationships across the team.
